How to Measure
A. Garment Length

Measure from the center-most back point of the collar down to the bottom of the garment at the hem.

B. Sleeve length

Measure down the length of the sleeve on the outer side of the arm.

C. Bust

Lay the garment down flat and measure across from one underarm point to the other. Double this measurement to get the bust circumference.

D. Waist

Lay the garment down flat and measure 14cm down from the internal underarm seam and then measure across. Double this measurement to get full waist circumference.

E. Hem

Lay the garment down flat and measure from the bottom edge of the side seam to the other. Double this measurement to get full hem circumference.

Beautiful jacket, very good customer service

Beautiful jacket. Interesting and delicate color - much better than the color on the photos presenting the product. I especially like the cropped length - it makes the jacket look really good with wide leg trousers and jeans. The only slight disappointment comes from the fact that the fur lacks shine. Obviously this was the concept of the designer, but I personally would have preferred a bit more shine

Customer support was very good - all my questions were answered accurately and comprehensively and in a structured manner, I also appreciated that I was notified of the sale in a timely manner. Delivery was on time. I also received detailed information on how to care for the garment.
