SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY:

 

  •          We are pleased to offer free delivery via DHL for all orders over $200 shipped to an Australian metro address. Orders are shipped using a satchel bag. Larger orders may be shipped in a box.
  •          We also offer Couriers Please delivery to all orders located within the Melbourne Metro Area. ( www.couriersplease.com.au/tools/track )
  •          Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email confirming your order.
  •          If you do not receive your order confirmation, please ensure you check your junkmail/spam folders as some orders can be sent their due to the automated nature of the emails. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email complete with all tracking information, so you can follow your parcel on its journey to you.
  •          Unreal Fur will not be liable for duties and taxes incurred by the recipient as a result of national custom laws. Please contact your customs department for more information on duties and taxes before you place your order.

 

 

Order and delivery times:

  •          We will endeavour to offer same day dispatch for all orders placed before 12pm AEST. Orders placed online after 12pm will be dispatched on the next available business day.
  •          For Australian orders, your order should be delivered within 1-5 working days, depending on location.
  •          If you are located in a rural area DHL may ship your order via a third-party courier who will take longer to deliver. Please notify us when you place your order if you are located in a rural area and we can organise to have an alternative to ensure you receive this sooner. Fees may apply.
  •          For international orders located in the southern hemisphere your order should be received within 3-8 working days.
  •          We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please do not put a PO box as this will not be sent

Please note we are not responsible for the delivery date of your order. We try to give customers an estimated date of arrival however cannot guarantee a confirmed date of delivery. 

 

 

Delivery destinations:
Weekend deliveries:
Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday, as Unreal Fur and our postage partners do not deliver on weekends.

 

Recipient not home:
If you are not home to receive your package, a calling card will be left at the door or in the letterbox with pick up details from the local post office or depot, or details on how to arrange a convenient redelivery time and location.

 

 

 Returns Policy:

 

What is our returns policy?

 

We will only offer an exchange or refund of your goods within 7 days of delivery. Please note goods must to be in an unworn, unused and originally packed state. We will only accept returns sent in a satchel (as per their arrival) unless specified differently via our customer service team. We will not accept a return which is sent in a box or any other non- approved format.

 

Please email info@unrealfur.com.au and our customer service team will advise if we are able to return or exchange your goods. 

 

WE WILL NOT RETURN AN ITEM WHICH IS PART OF OUR FLASH OFFER, END OF SEASON SALE, BOXING DAY SALE OR ANY OTHER FLASH SALE PROMO. PLEASE READ OUR T&C's CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PURCHASE.

SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS(Located in our sale section) AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED PLEASE CHOOSE CARFULLY.

 

 

RETURNING YOUR GARMENT:

 

How to return an item:

If you would like to return for an unsuitable item, please follow the below steps:

1. Send an email through to info@unrealfur.com.au, listing your contact details, order number, item, whether you would like to exchange or return, and the reason for your return, within 7 days of your purchase date.

2. Unreal Fur will respond to your email to confirm your return, and provide our delivery address for your return. Please do not send your garment back without emailing us first, as this may lead to your return not being correctly processed.

3. Please carefully package up your new/unworn garment with all tags attached; items must be returned to us in the same new condition in which they were delivered. Please ensure that a copy of your original invoice is enclosed in/on the parcel. Please send through tracking for your goods. Please ensure as stated above your goods are sent back in a satchel. Boxes will not be accepted.

4. Please note that all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Unreal Fur does not cover any return postage costs. Please use a service with tracking so we can follow your delivery; Unreal Fur cannot be liable to refund any items that go missing in the post.

5. Once your return has been received at our head office, we will check it over to ensure it complies with our requirements, and once confirmed we will process your refund, send out your exchange or issue you with your online credit voucher via email. All refunds will be processed via your original method of payment, and can take 1-5 days depending on your financial institution.

 

 

 

EXCHANGING YOUR GARMENT:

 

Exchanging for a different size:

We can make a direct exchange if your  item is the exact value of the original purchase. If you wish to exchange for a different size in the same colour or shape please email info@unrealfur.com.au with your invoice information. We will provide you with the address for exchange- you will then need to organise to have the goods sent back to us via post with tracking. Once we receive the goods back to our warehouse we will organise the exchange to be shipped out and send through tracking information.

 

Exchanging for a different style:

If you wish to exchange for an item with a different value, you will need to email accounts@unrealfur.com.au with your request and we can either charge the difference to your card or organise payment via the phone or paypal.

 

Faulty Goods:

Please note this policy does not extend to faulty garments. Under the Australian Consumer Law we are required to repair, return or credit all faulty goods. Please email info@unrealfur.com.au if you have a faulty garment and we will contact you directly to rectify your issue as quickly as possible.

Please note all shipping charges are non-refundable. All garments are to be returned at the customer’s expense. Shipping may be reimbursed at the discretion of Unreal Fur for faulty garments. Unreal Fur will not be liable for duties and taxes incurred by the recipient as a result of national custom laws. Should the garment be returned to Unreal Fur, only the paid price of the garment will be refunded to you. Please contact your customs department for more information on duties and taxes.

Security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment card details

Protecting your personal information is a priority for Unreal Fur. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your on-line order information. The SSL encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information on-line, we also do everything in our power to protect personally identifiable information off-line. What information do we collect and how do we use it? 

When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card.  This allows us to process and fulfil your order successfully.  It also helps us in maintaining your account.

Credit Card Details

All credit card payments are processed securely through the NAB Payment Gateway.  Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is no clearance delay. Unreal Fur does not store any credit card information on our servers.

What about Cookies?
