i loved this jacket so much that i bought it full-price, the week it was released. it’s nice and light (much lighter to wear than my heavier faux furs from other brands) and it’s warm. the model is 5’9” wearing a size small; i am 5’4” 110# with long arms and square/wide shoulders, so i ordered a small. the torso is generous so i would recommend sizing (up?) to fit your shoulders. small fits me well (dare i say exact?) with thin layers beneath. i would size up to a medium if i wanted to wear heavy knits or a hoody under but i don’t — i wanted it for tanks, tees and my denim button-up (style inspo from unrealfur IG). the lining is a type of microfiber (not silky) so it’s soft and comfortable against bare skin (as opposed to satin that sometimes feels gross if you get even a tiny bit sweaty or have lotion on) but it clings a little to my cotton long-sleeves. i don’t care; it’s the most interesting faux fur design i’ve ever seen. we get coyotes around where i live. i’ve never seen any purple ones so i feel like the palette is just so divine and inspired. i’m attaching photos (i never do this) so people can see how ethereal and dreamy it looks in natural light. stock photos on other retail websites show it a little different from IRL. it looks exactly the way they have it on unrealfur.com and on their socials.
