Receiving Your Fur
After opening, gently shake your new Unreal Fur upside down to eliminate any unwanted flatness and/or creases to bring back its natural volume.
If it needs a little more love, use a hair dryer and blow dry on medium heat until you reach your desired fluffiness. Make sure to never touch the fur with the heat, always keeping a 10cm distance to avoid any heat damage.
Everyday Maintenance
Before each wear, give your Unreal Fur a light shake to bring back some life. You can also use a wide tooth comb to gently brush the fur to restore its shape.
If it’s looking a little flat, blow dry on medium heat for more volume. Remember to keep a distance and to never allow the hair dryer to touch the fur.
Storage
Always hang your Unreal Fur on a broad padded or wooden hanger to maintain its shape.
Make sure to store it away in the closet and away from sunlight to preserve its life. Give it space to breathe by allowing room between your fur and your other garments. This will air out any unwanted odours and help prevent tangling.
Cleaning
If your Unreal Fur has reached a point where it requires a deep clean, we recommend using a professional dry cleaner who specialises in working with faux fur.
Make sure to follow the instructions on the care label and remember to never soak or machine wash your fur!
