Right of Withdrawal

This Right of Withdrawal applies to customers located in the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Northern Ireland.

You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To withdraw from your purchase:

  • Click here to withdrawal from your purchase. 
  • Submit a return request.
  • Select "EU Withdrawal (Cooling Period)" as the return reason.
  • Follow the instructions provided to prepare and return your item(s).
  • Retain proof of postage and your return tracking information until your return has been processed.

Alternatively, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by completing the Withdrawal Form available here and submitting it to info@unrealfur.com.au before the withdrawal period expires.

Returning Your Goods

Returned items should be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw.

Items should be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags and accessories included where possible.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated by us.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned goods, including the cost of our standard delivery service.

Where you selected a delivery option that is more expensive than our standard delivery service, we are only required to reimburse the equivalent cost of standard delivery.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We may reduce the amount of your refund where the value of the goods has been diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you have supplied evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than:

  • 14 days after we receive the returned goods; or
  • 14 days after you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
